After you have finished reading each chapter, draw a picture showing one scene from what you have read. The picture should contain as much detail as possible and still allow you time to do the second part of your log entry.

The second part of your entry will be written. Write about what the scene you just drew reminded you of.

If you have trouble getting started writing, you may use one of the following "starters."

I wish... I would... I didn't understand... I noticed... I remembered... I didn't like... I couldn't believe... It was funny when... I liked... I thought about... I had forgotten... I would change...
